Steps for preparation:

In a pan take cumin seeds and flax seeds.Roast it on low flame for 4 -5 minutes
Now let it cool. Once it is cold, put them in grinder
Add 2 tea spoons of ginger powder
Grind this mixture and your powder is ready
Store this powder in air tight container
How to use it
